Shows in my book that your VIN 99T is a 134 inch Wheel Base and is a Regular Truck rated at 95 HP.
Your VIN should be on the Top of Frame Rail right in the steering box area, take a wire brush and go at it until you see a few digits, then just wet the area and they should stand out.

There were several Trucks that had the 134 Wheel Base as does your by the info you have given. It doesen't give the weight listing, only mentions that it is Commercial Truck.
If there were a Model Number then it would again only be a guess at the weight.
Example 99 W is degignated C.O.E. with 134 inch W.B.
911 W C.O.E. 101 inch W.B.
917 W C.O.E. 157 inch W.B.
The list goes on, and with the info I have given above you could pretty well guess at the weight rating. So in short they were not all 1 1/2 Ton rating, if yours has Dual wheels its probably a 3 Ton.
I also believe that your Truck has provisions for a Dual Wheel addition if it doesen't already have them. Tire size was also another factor as was the Supension, Transmission etc.
Hope this gives you a little more to go on.
