Traction control problem

I was driving down a dry, clean, asphalt road and had the engine depower and felt torque steer from the drivers side. The traction light was flashing. I thought maybe I had a blow out but the tps light wasn't on. I pulled over and checked the tires. PSI is all equal. I was doing 30-35mph when this happened. Has this happened to anyone else?

No but any flashing icon means a critical problem.
