Ok i need some help!!!

so i am trying to replace my glow plugs. I have nerver done this before. i got down to the part of disconecting the harnes and taking the plate off from on top of the glow plug. but there seems to be a plate for the glowplug heater, and thats my problem i can't seem to get it off. So if anyone has any hints or tips to help me out that would be great, sorry if it kind of seems like a noob question but i figured that someone here might be able to help. Thanks guys

That was my thought as well.
Powerstrokes have glow plugs not heater plates as Cummins engines do.
