Wipers work w key off

My wipers work with the key in the off position. My seat belt light flashs all the time, not sure if related. Just bought the truck.. Mostly concerned with the wiper problem as my battery some times is drained, but not always.

Sounds like you may have some wires that have fused together somewhere.

When I hard-wired in a CD player (bypassed factory harness) my wipers would work with key off......was the damnedest thing.....94 in sig.....

Thank you for your information. That's what is was, whom ever had the truck before me had installed a radio and didn't use the factory plugs..
