I'd replace the whole feed line to the lift pump.
If that doesn't work I'd either go with an electric pump or replace the lift pump.

I intend on checking all lines tomorrow, I am leaning towards the lift pump, as I have read many others having these fail, and I would assume this would force the ip to create a vacuum, which would bring to light any short comings of a less than perfectly sealed system. Pure speculation at this point though…..
