I did a quick net search and the best I could come up with is this thermactor air system has something to do with the smog pump, and its "plumbing". I didn't find anything specific to 1992 F-series.
I would start there, otherwise call the dealer, maybe they can fill you in on the particulars of the system.

There are 3 vacuum valves on the driver's side of the engine by the coil. 1 is Egr, and the other 2 for the thermactor air system. Check to make sure you did not break any vacuum lines, especially the hard plastic ones.

I believe the orange line goes to the diverter valves for the thermactor system. You shouldnt get an error for thermactor unless one of the electric vacuum valves is unplugged from the wiring harness or a broken wire leading to that valve.

The solenoids fail, fact of life. You can either let it go as it won't effect performance or fuel mileage, or replace it to get rid of the code.

kell104 =

T/E = Thermactor Emission = FoMoCo terminology for the smog pump and related parts.
