trans questions

i just bought an 87 f150 , havent picked it up yet but i was wondering what kind of manual trans did the 87s come with?

i know about the T18 and NP435 but did they have a 5spd trans (zf?) in 87?

thats what im asking if the put a 5 spd in 87s...

i think 87 still had 4 speed and 88+ had mazda 5 speed.

are you saying you bought it without knowing what you are buying?

i bought it on ebay, the woman said it was a 4 speed, i was just wondering about the 5 speeds
