heater blower motor
Hello All,
New to the site and found a problem on my 86
ford I can't figure out. First it's an 86 F350 4 X 4 crew cab, 6.9L, 5 speed(swapped out the 4sp), with air con. My blower motor only has 2 speeds. On and Off. I've changed the resistor on the blower housing under the hood and have changed out the switch in the cab. Still only on or off. I would appreciate help if anyone has any ideas.

If all of the speeds involving the resistor are bad (not just one) then it's probably a bad connection on the connector that goes on the resistor. Did you notice any melting or evidence of connection problems when you put the new resistor on?
