Hi FTE members I am adding a coolant fliter this weekend and cant decide what coolint lines to tap into I was thinking the heater core return line
I picked up a base at napa pn4019 for $28 it takes filter 4070 $8.95 and has 3/4in fitings. They are pipe so I can bushing down to any size I want.I was just wanting some opinions on the location and to talk to some people that have a coolant filter on their trucks. This is my first thread so I hope I did it right. I know equipment not computers but Im learning!
Oh yeah, I forgot about the 25 post minimum. Skunk, I'm assuming you have a 6.0? I used the filter kit from Bob Riley at dieselsite dot com. Maybe somebody can send you those directions in a .pdf
