Can I add the steering wheel radio controls to my stock Single CD/AM/FM/MP3 setup that came in the vehicle? If so, what parts do I require? Did Ford run the wiring in the steering column? etc..

 

It should all be handled in the Data bus, so you will need the steering wheel with controls, and probably to program the radio/BCM to work with them.

 

Can I get more details? Does the NON audiofile system with MP3/FM/AM/Single CD support Steering Controls? I have the blank in my existing steering wheel for the switch, does any one know if the bus behind the horn cover has the port for the plug if I buy it? Do I need another harness?
