How much tranny fluid?

I am looking at dropping the tranny pan and changing the fluid and filters (internal and spin on ) in my 2006 F-250 with the 5 speed torqshift, anyone know how much fluid i will need? will i need an impact to get the spin on filter off? Thanks.

9 qts Mercon SP is what mine took.I took my filter off with a ratchet but IIRC some guys recommend taking it off with an impact, just be careful. I don't think I'd impact it back on though.
