Coming home from work this morning(3rd shift) I usually drive by the local city park. They got 3 big uge(Donald Trump) parking lots in a row. No cops or cars in sight, so I stopped in there and ripped a few donuts and figure 8's in 4H.
Now I've done plenty of donuts in RWD and FWD cars, but donuts in 4H, HOLY **** !!!!!! that's a whole different ballgame!! I only did a couple donuts and figure 8's
Havn't tried drifting, little chicken to do that yet.
try drifting its alot of fun i do it in my 04 supercrew all the time just get a open area youll get the hang of it
Got to test out my 4L today, buddy gets his F250 plow truck stuck way out in the bush while we were snowmobiling, his sled broke and when he went to retrive it he high centers his plow on the far side of a ditch (all covered in two feet of snow) while trying a three point turn.
Since he was perpendicular to the road I had to pull him out sideways, 4L in low gear about 1700 RPM walked him out without a wheel slipping. I thought the heavy truck and all the snow would make for a lot more work.
once and a while....haven't yet this year.....its been a bit on the cold side so i guess it should be good and solid....i'm always nervous about takin my 40K truck out on ice....lol....i know its irrational but i pulled my buddies dads truck out that was half submerged years ago...and i'll never forget him going....oh crud...my dads gunna kill me
I would love to know how to drift! I have a 97 Geo Tracker 4x4. Lightweight & small maybe I'll practice on that.
One of my roommates friends had 95 Jeep Cherokee 4x4. We would all stand out in the Meijer parking lot and just watch him drift thing thing all the way across the parking lot. The fun didn't last long, cops come showing up. Either they saw us or someone knarked on us.
the student lot was really slick today after school and one of my friends got his 2wd ranger loose a little bit and got a ticket today cuz theres a damn cop sittin in the lot every morning and after school...he didnt even try to get it loose...its bs
but anyways rousch has a grille for my 04 supercrew for bout $80 im thinkin about gettin that

2 HI -used for pulling Toyotas out of the mud.
4 HI-used for pulling myself out of the mud.
4 LO-used for rocks and breaking stuff.
When I first got my truck I was suprised at how low the low range was. 2.73-1. Put it in low and 1st gear it will crawl over some nasty rocks. Will da#$ near snap my neck if I really mash on it.

2.73 is nothin.....if you get into better offroad vehicles they'll go upwards of 4.0:1
