Buying Advise
For all the 6.0 people, i do own 2 7.3's but a friend offered me his 03 6.0 if i jus take on the notes still owes about 20,000 on it but being an 03 i heard they are the worst ones out, is there any updating an 03 motor to where its relaible. on of my 7.3's has been a complete disaster it does nothing but tear up. what do i need to do. This 03 has 70,000 miles FX4 XLT package. and has hardly had any work done to it only EGR coolers. Thanks!

Did he get a 10 year loan? Thats insane...
Don't be scared of the younger 6.0's there are a few good ones out there. If you are willing to spend 20k though get an 05 or newer.
Make sure you run an oasis report on whatever your looking at buying.

I have a 2004 F-350SD FX4 Crewcab with 6.0, loaded that has been a very good truck. Needed one sensor when new and am replacing FICM when part comes in,111653 miles on truck. Truck is in very good condition. Will sell for $15000.00 Call 573 552 5730 if interested.
