f650 dash
ok so i looked into this last night and decided i couldn't live without it... i called a local ford dealer and got the panel prices, the GB part number was for the xlt and cost 10 dollars more than the BA part number for the XL, i may have them reversed. the cheapest one is listed for just over 60$can. not bad ill get it for less than that cause i used to work there... hehehe. but no one there can tell me for sure what if any the difference is.
but then the kick to the berries, none available, build on demand.... a whole pile of curse words. i don't know if it'll be a week, a month or a year.... not happy.
then i find out that the coolant filter head that i wanted to install this weekend wont be in for a week... i know its Tuesday but it sure felt like Monday.
the only thing i did get was the wix 6637 filter to install, it cost me 45$can, i wasn't expecting that. i was sure the sales guy said 30 bucks.
so i cut a piece of 4" pipe and brought it home to do the install. I'm going to fab the cold air intake, but i left the aluminum at work....
one of them days.
just had to whine.
