Fusible Link
I am currently replacing some wires on my 77 F250 in the engine bay and some have fusible links. i am just going to replace/upgrade some of the that wiring, but i cannot find some of the fusible link in the size i need so my question is can i replace that safely with a fuse that is equivalent in Amp rating

It's always a debate what the equivalent fuse would be. Any of them though, would be very large maxi fuses, all over 30 amps.
I would just reuse the fusible links you have. You would have to solder the new ones in place anyway.

Select a fuse link that is two gauges smaller (diameter, not number) than the wiring to be protected.
If you switch to a fuse, select a fuse value that is slightly lower than the carrying capcity of the link to be replaced.
Remember, the purpose of the OCPD is to protect the wiring, whether automotive, premises, or whatever.
