I know theres probably been a million topics on these so sorry...neways, i was wondering, i want to cut off my second cat to make it louder and gain a little more power. Is this easy to just, cut it off, replace it with a straight pipe, and bam im done? Or is there an O2 sensor somewhere around it that will not let me be able to? And also.....im gettin a free set of headers from my bro-in-law. There shortie headers for i think a 85 Mustang. Ive heard that they will fit on my truck, but i dunno for sure. I think there some type of older ford racing headers but not sure on that either. Would they fit? Would i need a new y pipe? Sorry for all the questions. Any help is appreciated, and im new at this site, and it looks great! :-) By the way my truck is an 91 F150 4x4 Nite Edition with the 302.

On your truck you only have one 02 sensor that is between the first cat and the second cat so you will not have any problems cutting out the second cat. Just weld in a new pipe, keep in mind though that this is against the law, just don't get caught
As for the headers, I don't know
