Hard Grinding Noise

I just replaced the brake pads yesterday but as I was driving it, when I would brake at low speed it would grind real hard. The same noise is was making before. It only grinds at low speeds and I think it's the rotor but the rotor looks fine and the brake pads are brand new. Anyone got any ideas?

Did you regrease your bearings?

what is it for a truck? 4X4? Are your wheel bearings loose/dry?
