265's to 245's?
I was given a new set of michelin tires load range e. 245/70/17. I have 265/7017's stock. I used a tire calculator it was about 2 mph off at 60. The truck isn't driven much. Its and 03 fx4 with 68,000.
Will this make a huge issue for the electronic trans shift? all 4 tires are new so no 4wd issues with mixed size.
Imho michelins are some of the best rubber on the road. the higher load range would be nice when towing the derby cars and boat. There would be less sidewall play i think.
