Hey guys, I've got a friend here in Oklahoma looking at buying a 6.0L from California, can anyone tell us if there are more emissions stuff on a truck sold in Cali, over a truck sold anywhere else.

I've been flamed for contributing to this type of thread here before and having outdated info. However, it is my understanding that the vehicle emissions components are the same for vehicles sold everywhere in the US today. Now, this didn't always use to be the case and I may be misunderstanding the standards, etc. Rest assured that if I am wrong someone will blast me for it.

That was my thoughts as well, I couldn't imagine car manufacturers having an area where they built vehicles specifically for California, I guess it wouldn't surprise me if they did. Thanks again for the feedback.
