Door panel removal help
How does the drives door panel come off on a 97 Grand Marquis? I removed the 2 pull strap screws and got part of it off but can't find any others. I want to test the power seat back switch. It will lay the seat back down but will not move it back up. Any help would be great. Thanks

If it is anything like a '92, and I bet it is, it is really the standard Ford design. There are half a dozen screws around the edge and once they are all out the panel pulls straight up to get the catches out. The window, mirror and lock controls should all come out without removing the panel though.
