Try JCWhitney. I was just looking at their web site, www.jcwhitney.com, under the Ford truck section and they have complete single and dual exhaust kits from the Cat back for a very reasonable price. I may pick one of them up this year myself.

I myself have bought a cat-back system from JC Whitney. I have a 4.9, it ran from cats to a "Y" pipe, to duals exiting under the rear bumper. I believe the brand was Hearthrob, and I think I paid around $160. I've had this on since March of this year and have loved every second of it! Not only was it tons cheaper than exhaust shop prices, it only took my wife (second set of hands) and I a little over an hour to put on.
Good Luck

Ever thought of a 3" pipe? you could run doubles into a muffler, and then a tailpipe. That and all of the exhaust work should cost more than 200-250. Unless you have to have a convertor...
