can anyone tell me if the door latch and vent window frames are the same on 48-52 trucks. What I am asking is will the 48-50 fit 51-52 trucks?

 

Should be the same. Cabs are the same, just the dash is different and the rear window is a bit wider. More differences are the bedsides and the lower front half of the grilles. Bobj49f2 has a site explaining more.

 

I'll add a welcome to greenbox53, and note that a difference that could be encountered between 48-50 and 51-52 vent windows is painted vs. chrome. The 51 and 52 cabs that had the 5 Star Extra option would have had chrome frames while the standard was black paint. And like Havi says, Bob's site is great for the the overall details.
