Troyer Performance E4OD valve body?
See sig for truck specs. My list for this truck keeps growing and growing. Among the items I would like to improve is the E4OD's behavior. 89K miles on the truck and the transmission has that annoying pause when going from Park to Reverse or a forward gear. I would also like firmer shifting when in D/OD.
I've read mixed reviews on here about shift kits. I found a link somewhere on here (can't find the thread now) about Troyer Valve Bodies.

Has anyone here run this valve body with or without a shift kit? Was it a worthwhile improvement? Was it a fairly straight forward installation?
