Intake for 06 Navigator?

Intake for 06 Navigator?
I have an 06 Navigator w/ the 5.4, intakes seem hard to find, is it the same as a ford F-150 or the Lincoln truck? I see them on Ebay and they appear the same.
Any other mod besides the programmer and exhaust?

I couldn't find the intake either, so I looked up the intake gasket and found it's the same one for all these vehicles. If you think it helps.
