Question Information PLEASE!!

Hello everyone! Yes I am new, just joined last night. I hope this experience is as helpful to me as I hope to be a help to others. If I'm not doing this quite the way it should be done, then please forgive me. I have a question, so let me begin by saying that I have a 1979 Ford F150, Ranger XLT, 4x4 short bed, w/ 460cid. (She's a diamond in the rough.....but she's all mine. AND, she's a daily driver). Which brings me to my question. Can anyone tell me what steps I must take in order to replace the "C" bushings, radius arm bushings, and trac-bar bushings in the Dana 44 front rear axle assembly? I hear you have to drop the front axle?..........PLEASE help!!!

My advice is to go to the `73-`79 F-Series page (just up a bit from here) and use the "search this forum" facility. Put in something like "replace bushings" and I bet you will get the information. Or post your question there, I`m sure there lots of guys there who can help. Good luck.
