EBP Replaced

Took my 05 in due to surge and turbo acting weird, overboosting mainly. Replaced EBP and tube and it seems fine now. Thing is, they charged me the $100.00 deductible. Now, I thought that sensors were covered under the emissions warranty for 5/100000 with no deductible. Who is right me or the dealer?

I believe that you are correct. Call another dealership to verify, but my EBP sensor was replaced under the emmissions warranty, with no deductable.
