thinks its an ecm problem

Hello everyone, I have a 1994 ford f-150 4x4 with a 5.8 litre H code engine. My problem is the truck is loading up in the mornings when it's cold after it idles down and runs for a few minutes. It starts running real rough and then it dies. After I restart it, it runs o.k. other than an occasional jerking or missing going down the road. I have taken it to two ford service centers and both tell me the same thing, that all the sensors are within range working properly.I have changed the oxy. sensor, temp sensor, idle control valve and the upper intake gasket ( vacum leak). I took it to another mechanic and the same thing, every things o.k. but he said it was running rich but couldn't figure out why because everything is working properly. He thinks it is the ECM but is not sure. Is there any way to check these to see if there bad. Thanks.

Did any of them check the fuel pressure or the FPR for leaks?
