The stuff your lookin' for is called "Equal", can be inserted before mounting or in your case installed with compressed air after the fact. They say it looks like laundry detergent. yes that stuff (equal) works wonders....... We were mounting up my friends 35x14.5x15' thornbirds and they were over 14oz out of balance, we put 7oz in each tire and they ride smooth down the highway now..... they just shake for about 10 seconds till the "powder" gets balanced out every time you take off, then smooth as silk. but its kinda spendy..... about 15$ a bag and we needed 2 bags total to do the job.......
but for the 30$ it costs you don't have those Ugly Hugeass wheelweights hanging off your tire, or falling off in the mud.....
