xl door panels

I have a 2003 f250 xl without pw/pl and I need to replace the inner door panels can I upgrade to the xlt ones with out any major issues? thanks.

Door Panel Swap

Physically, it will fit, but it may not be contoured properly for your window crank handle, nor will the hole for the shaft be there.
