I was all proud of myself this morning, I read my electric meter and calculated my bill. I'll probably get my name on the 'customer wall of fame' now! I think I'm going to splurge from now on and spend the extra $2.50 to have them read my meter and send a bill every month. With my luck, they will screw that up and charge me $250 to read the meter!!!!

Hey, quit making fun of small towns! Next thing you know, you'll be picking on Bob's sister who runs "Birtha's Wedding Gowns and Saddle Repair".
I was all proud of myself this morning, I read my electric meter and calculated my bill. I'll probably get my name on the 'customer wall of fame' now! Nope, no joke... If I want them to read my meter and send me a bill, I have to pay an extra $2.50 per month. But, since it's a "cooperative", I am one of the owners, so it's really me charging myself... or something like that.
I know, I'll send them a bill for my time to read the meter! Oh, but wait, I'd get the bill since I am 'them'.... my head hurts, this requires too much thought.
