You guys really know how to help a guy in need, that's for sure...

Ughhh... after 2 weeks of dieting I gave in and went out for Chinese with some coworkers... I'm about to crash and burn now, if you hear snoring, you'll know what happened.

BTW, I'm sitting here contemplating where to have the next G2G here in Omaha. I was thinking somewhere like one of the Buffalo wild wings places, or a good sports bar.

We've got a "biggest loser" contest going on here at work... but everyone likes to go out for lunch after the Friday weigh-in...... makes perfect sense why the same people are constantly in the competition.

I guess it's good to go out once in a while, I need to learn not to stuff too much in! Oh to be 24 again and have a metabolism!!!

I hear you. I've been pretty much avoiding going out to eat all together. Now that I've pretty much got myself eating less, time to start the treadmill thing.
