I have never done a shackle flip on a Bronco, but I have done one on my Dodge. I think the idea is the same, but the measurements may be different. I used some angleiron for the mount to the frame, some channel for the spring mounts, and some flat steel to connect the two. I gusseted the whole thing. I adjusted the height of the bracket to give me 4" of lift. I am now running the stock springs with the 3rd leaf removed, shackle flip brackets, and 36" swmapers. It has smoothed out the ride, and it flexes great.
Thanks, I did not think there was some much involved to swap sides. Oh well, I will have to make new shackles then to get the correct ride height that I need.
