no its 800 total not just for labor.yes i know the guy does good work because he did them in my friends truck about 6months ago and its running great.
and if it cost 800+ for parts what brands are yall talking about(give me links and part num for it)
and no i don't do lifts have another friend for that ha
and yes thats what friends are for saving money and helping out and it builds your friendship hanging out and working on trucks.

Precision gear sets and master install kits put you in the $700-800 range shipped.
Very high quality gears, setup very nicely.
I can't think of any links that show pricing....you can always call Reider Racing if you are curious.

$800 is either using used parts, or stolen parts. And first thing I want to know is does your buddy have the proper bearing pullers, pinion depth tools, press and dial indicators as well as a set of setup bearings for both axles.? And does he have much experience with Dana axles? cause without that almost $2000 worth of tools he will be guessing, and have to replace the bearings at least once getting it setup and then if he does it right will need to replace all the bearings again.
Prices? here is some from Randy's ring and pinion for your viewing pleasure to figure out it's going to cost you a whole lot more then $800, that price has to be labor only

Just offering that low of a price would make me question his "knowledge" I won't even touch a Dana Diff for less then $250 MINIMUM each. You might want to reconsider or make darn sure that is everything with new parts or run.
