BFG mud terrains

Hey everyone, I am running a 33" BFG mud terrain on my 79 Bronco. If anyone else runs these tires, what air pressure did you find gives you the longest tread life? The max. recommended air pressure is 35 psi, but the tread doesn't run flat with that much pressure.

Tire pressure depends largly on wheel width. Narrow wheels tend to round up the tires. Wide wheels will cause the centers to be concave. I have run your exact tire on both 15" and 16.5" rims. The 15s were 10" wide, 16.5s are on 9.75" rims. In both cases I run around 32lbs and my current tires have 33,000 mi with many, many miles left on them. Narrower rims= less tire pressure, wider= higher pressure. Hope this helps!
