I don't know for sure, But my friend has a 88' ranger x-cab with the factory highrider (front1.5" lift) package and he has 235/75/15's on there and they are a mildly tight fit on stock rims. I think 31x10.5's would probibly rub the plastic inner fender well a little and maybe contact sheet metal on severe off-roading trips. go check out www.natltire.com and look up there tire fitment guide.
