Also keep in mind there is aliening holes for the emblems that will have to be filled.
Believe it or not, I went to Home Depot and picked up two different size plastic push in caps to fill my holes. You can't even see them unless you really look.

That is a very good tip I definitely could not tell from the pictures.
I used a heat gun to remove them and then some Goo Gone to remove the glue. I also had the body trim that went from the front wheel to the rear wheel and I removed both sides with the same method. Basically I was just looking for a clean look. The only badge left is on the tailgate and I didn't remove it because of the indentation.
Elizabethtown is about 10 miles south of the land of Cummins that is Columbus I am about maybe 30 miles from Shelbyville not to far at all I ride through there a lot on my HD.
All of my uncles except one still live Shelbyville and one uncle lives in Columbus and works at Cummins.
Small word isn't it. I work for the city of Columbus. I have an uncle who has worked for them for about 30 years now he is working at the plant in Seymour now. You ever make it over here to see them let me know and we will have to get together.
I really wish I could move back home, I am getting tired of LA
I have been to a lot of states but never CA. and to be honest I real don't care to. I think it just seems to big for me big cities are okay but I will stick with my small ones.
I hear ya. BTW nice looking bike. I am trying to buy a bagger FLHX within the next six months or so. The small towns are great. I went to Morristown High and Shelbyville High and move to CA at 17. What a mistake that was. Now at 42 it is hard to get back home with a wife a kids born and raised here. I come back several times a year to see my 24 year old daughter.

I will be in town May 9th for my daughter's graduation from college. She is getting her masters, so I really need to come. Better yet, get me into the city and my wife may just move back. lol
That would be a tough move for the rest of your family for sure that and it would be culture shock LOL. Thanks about the bike it is my real pride and joy well that and my 5 year old boy.
