Waiting for the storm.....

Nice forecast for New Year`s eve, snow and blowing snow with high winds and accompaning windchill, travel is not recommended!

plugging stuff in.....your crazy At United Rentals we let everything sit in the back of the yard til they URGENTLY need it. Then they just send the Stupid Ukrainian truck driver back there to magically get it runnning.

That doesn`t work for me since there`s no one but me here so I`m the one that has to go out there only find out that it won`t even turn over!
Plus then the heater starts blowing hot air alot quicker.

Woohoo, and I get to drive back from edmonton tomorrow! I was planning on seeing how the civic did at 140 the whole way back, but I guess im gonna keep er down a little!

I kinda like having the case snowblower this year. Just start er up, no plugging in (have to boost when it hits minus 30 though haha) let er warm up and go!

The backhoe was sure alot warmer moving snow though!

A warm cab sure beats driving an open garden tractor especially when the hard packed snow drifts are 4 ft high!

We luckily never get snow drifts that high! The warm cab is nice I wont argue with ya, but I swear, you should see that snowblower work. Makes me wanna get a snowthrower attechment for my backhoe!

i can just see Morris getting excited about that...

we're not in for much of a storm...5cms of snow, -23 or something. saturday was supposed to be -14 a while back, now its -19...

We're supposed to get 2 cms and the temp is going to rise to -7, all this according to the weather man.

Wooo weee are the highways every crappy! My drive from edmonton was crazy in the little civic! Definately one of those times when I wished I woulda had my diesel!
