Thanks,
I have stage 1 tow injectors and the stock pump lasted two months, so yes a bigger aftermarket pump is warranted at this point.

Other things, headstuds(depending on what hp your pushing you might not need aftermarket gaskets, but that depends).

ITP Regulated Return

In-Cab fuel psi gauge. The RR kit will have a gauge with it but it stays under the hood, which doesn't help you when your driving down the road.

Bigger fixed turbo. With stage 2 injectors if you want to hopefully get all the hp that you can from that higher flow rate you'll need a bigger turbo. The stock one won't be up to snuff on that. With my turbo and injectors it still bellows out black smoke, so I can only imagine what it would do with stage 2 injectors and a stock turbo.

Thing is one you start playing with injectors a lot of other stuff needs to be done as well to make it work right. I would not piece meal this if your doing the injectors first, now if you start doing other things first and leave the turbo and injectors to the last then you can piece meal it, but don't start piece mealing it with the injectors.

With stage 1 tow injectors(150mm^3) and having gone thru 3 turbos(stock 06, stock 03(Matt's old one), and 64mm non-vgt(current)) and it will still bellow it out.

If your not going to race, stage 1 injectors will do right by you and it is fairly easy to get by with the 03 turbo.

You should also get a bigger fuel pump(mine is the FASS 150/180) and the Regulated Return kit and the in-cab electric fuel psi gauge. You can plug that gauge in place of the one that comes with the RR kit(what I did).
