Coolant plug
When I pull this plug to install the coolant temp sensor and adapter, is coolant going to come out all over my face?
I had it out part way and noticed liquid starting to seep so I tightened it up and ran inside to post here.

Don't really know what you mean by coolant plug.
But if you are going to install something in the cooling system and you didn't drain the coolant, there is a big possibility, that it will leak all over the place....

The plug on the back of the engine for coolant temp sensor. And draining the system apparently.
Indeed it did leak all over. Just under 3 gallons before I decided it would not stop. I had a pan under it.
