sway bar endlinks

I have a 2001 expo eddie bauer with 78k on it and one of my sway bar end links is not attached. I have started to get a vibartion at 55 and gets worse as the speeds goes up. Do u think i need a balance or can these be caused by the endlinks needing to be replaced. Also my passager side cv axles is leaking grease and i have bought the parts to fix it and the end links.Mine right now i have 24's on it and it just started since i found out that i needed a sway bar

The vibration is due to an unbalanced tire. Fixing the end link will help prevent leaning while cornering, nothing else.

Like alloro said, the end links will not fix the vibration. Have your wheels/tires balanced to fix that vibration. If the CV is bad enough it could be causing the vibration as well.
