hi ok last night i was out with my friends and thay was playin in the mud with there trucks not me tho. 2 of my friends got stuck and i pulled them out then i went to pull one more truck out and when i put it in revers and it was slippin a lil so i parked it and i notesed it poring tranny fluid. so i let it sit and cool off for an hour then i put 2 1/2 corts of tranny fluid and i drove it home it was leaking a lil still when i got home. so it sat over night then i put 3 corts in and it has not leaked sence so my question is am i ok now or did i fry the seal?????
If the oil came out of the little spout under the TConvertor you definitely worked the seal over..... sometimes it comes back. If it was pouring down from the top of the trans "vent" then you did overheat it and things may be not so good.... Just treat it gently for a while and see what happens.
ok and yah it was coming out of of the little hole at the bottom and i have not sean it leak yet but im drivin it like a baby but its driving fine not slipping or missing any gears
