Looking for Shock Recommendation

I've got a '01 250, CC, SB, 4x4, 4.30, V-10, Lariat that I am going to have lifted 4" with 35's and Weld Stone Crusher wheels. The truck isn't used to haul a trailer, just an occasional Home Depot run and to work.
Thus I'm looking for a smooth ride. I want the look of double shocks in the front, the big question is what sort of shocks. The place I’m working sells Rancho, Bilstein and others. They recommend the Bilstein 5100 over the RS9000 given our needs. To go way to the extreme I could put Bilstein 7100's with reservoirs on the front and Schrader valves on the rear (all hat - no cattle). They claim the 7100 can be set up to give a smooth ride in a double shock configuration. I think the silver 7100 would look better than the yellow and blue 5100 on a white truck. Does anyone have any experience with these or comments?
