i have posted this review for all who are wondering about a custom burn chip, like a Dp or TW. I have tried:
Bully Dog Power Pup
Bully Dog six-position chip
Edge Evolution
Edge EZ
Super chip
Both my dad and i have ordered TW's for our powerstrokes. I got mine installed last night in my 97, and i love it! the difference is amazing! I installed my dad's this morning on his 2002. we love it. we have tried all these other products, and this TW has the most power, and best throttle response of any of them so far. i will check back in after we tow about 14,000 pounds or so, but i'm sure its gonna be great.
Glad to hear it. What tunes did you get? You know you can order a filter cover with the TDP logo on it from him now if you want to dress up under the hood a bit.
2002:
stock
econo
Daily
light tow
heavy tow
street race
my 1997
stock
high idle
econo
daily
tow
extreme
dad's 02 is a flat-out beast in that street race mode! i cant believe it! plenty of smoke, and loads of power
I like how he gives the type of use in the chip instead of a number thats pretty inaccurate most of the time. He sent me a chip with six different tunes on it now to see which one made my truck run the best, then he will send me another one with the variety of programs all based off that one.
My chip has:

Kris what made you decide to go with Tony instead of staying with Jody's tunes if you don't mind me asking.
I have never had or rode in a truck with either one but had a TS chip so that is one of the biggest reasons I chose Tony that and I have heard great things about his tunes and Jody's too but 150 to have mine reburnt is a great deal.
Chris I was going to order one for my truck but only seen the ones with AFE on them for the AFE filters.
I don't think Ben has got around to putting them on the website yet. You can call Tony and ask about them. I'll send an email to Ben and see if I can get him in touch with you.

You're right Kris. Those settings are easier to understand.
Congrats on having a real chip into both your trucks and finally having a truck that can MOVE!

Well Jody is great for regular trucks but for highly modifed trucks he recently has seemed to lag a little behind since he has been working on the F-6. No hit on him that is just my observance from around the net.

Nothing wrong with the DP chip. If you have any concerns, I would contact Jody about it. There has been an unusually large # of folks with engine problems and those had DP tunes. It happens with other tuners as well. Seems there is a lot of DP tunes on the road and one would expect to see a proportional ratio then.
Again, contact Jody if you have questions. As for falling behind in tuning because of bringing a new product to market, that is debatable.
Anyone noticed alot of people have started having more problems with their engines ever since 07 when they started the ULSD maybe now since its had time to really do wear on the engines now its really starting to take its toll on these trucks?
