Hi - CA

Mike from Sacramento.

No truck yet, just trying to find out what i can about the truck before i make the leap of fate.

I'm looking at a 2001 F-150 Supercrew. It doesn't say Lariat on it, but it does say "Off Road" and then under that "4x4" on the rear of the bed. It sits about 2" higher than another Supercrew I saw, and this small lot dealer said it's higher because it's got the off-road package. This truck is a 2001 XLT SCrew with the 5.4 V8.

How can I tell if this is a suspension or body lift?
How can I tell if it's stock or not?
Do any F-150's come higher than the standard ones (meaning non svt or lightnings)?
It has 265/70/17's on it, i forgot to check tire size of the other f-150's around, but this was definitely higher than the Super Cab and other Super Crew.
What springs do I have? On the door jamb it says "69" under SPR, but I tried checking this website (https://www.ford-trucks.com/article/...r_Decoder.html) and it doesn't allow me to input the 69. Would that tell me if it came from the factory with a lift?
I'd hate to buy this thing, and buy a lift kit only to realize it already has one.

I did a bit of searching and didn't find the answer I was looking for.

Thanks, I'm just trying to be informed before making a purchase.
