6.0 Commonization Serial Break

Can anyone tell me at what truck serial number did they start using the commonization 6.0 engine on Jan. 11, 2006 truck production date. I think it should be somewhere in the late C to early D range.

Check the engine seriel number, International SN 0299093 and up are the commonization engines.

When I look at ads for trucks for sale they usually list the truck serial number but not the engine serial number. It would be nice to know so I wouldn't have to have an oasis run on each truck ad that looks interesting just to get the engine serial.

As to see the driver's door sticker, it gives the month and year so that would be easy. If you need for them to get you the motor SN# to verify they shouldn't have any problem.
