just wondering, is there any way to lift my front end? i'm curious because i've got 31's on my truck and the front sits like maybe 2 inches above the tires. every time i hit a speedbump they hit the fenders. My dad suggested putting some 3/4 ton springs in the front... but i'm not so sure.. that would be the cheap way, thats not what i'm worried about..i'm just wondering if its safe and won't effect road handling.

you should probably get new springs in the front. i had the same problem and i just got new suspension all the way around from some place that does major truck suspension for big rigs and stuff. i would hit a bump and the tires would rub and i would bounce up and down. The new springs brought the front end up about 2 3/4".

Most suspension companies now have leveling kits for teh frint, which is basically just new springs and shocks. As for the 3/4 ton springs, they'll bolt right in, but I don't know how it would affect ride quality. Either way you go, make sure to get an alignment when done, as your camber/caster will be off, and possibly more toe-in.
