I tried to give rep points to a couple guys who offer to help me out and I cannot do it. Any ideas???????

When you tried to rep them was there a message? Either to many reps in a 24 hour period, or you have to spread them around?

On the top right corner of a post box you'll see a set of scales next to a red triangle. Click on the scales and a box will open. You can send positive reps or negative reps along with a comment that the person can read. Recent reps you received will show up at the bottom of your User CP.

I just found out another site feature. If you click on the scale for one of your own posts, it tells you how many times your post was repped and your total rep points.

What kind of operating system are you running? I wonder if a pop-up blocker would block the box?
