Anybody ever use THIS?

Have 88' BII with 2.9 5 speed. Replaced Heads and Gaskets 3 months ago. Never used oil before. Anyways, was coming back from town few days ago and by the time i got home everything in that Engine was clattering. Oil Pan Gasket leaked out at least 2 quarts of Oil. Got water in my oil AGAIN! #4 Cylinder not firing at Idle but runs out as long as i maintain steady speed or accelerate. Question: Has anybody out there ever used this K&W Head Gasket and Block Repair ? It comes in this sick Green Bottle and costs $20. I got it but after reading the instructions i'm not sure if i wanna use it. Anybody got any info on this stuff or similar "quick fixes" i'd appreciate hearing from you.

DO NOT use that. Pull the heads back off and see what's really going on. It's more likely it's an intake issue. That $20 might cost you $1000 later.

and if you got anti-freeze in the oil and you ran the engine, you can just about kiss those bearings good bye. & yes I have used a block & head sealer before, all it is, is a bandaid on a boo boo. the problem is still there and will come back to bite you sometime down the road. There's always a quick fix to get you down the road, the question is how far down that road do you wanna go. The old sayin' ya can pay me now, or ya can pay me later.

Sounds like an intake / head / oil pan gasket problem. From what I understand, these engines are very quirky and everything has to be torqued in proper sequence and replacing the head bolts when doing top-end work or replacing the heads is a MUST. Drain the oil, replace the oil pan gasket, pull the intake and heads off and check that out. Hopefully, it was just a goof-up on torquing things down. Did you replace the head bolts when you replaced the heads? Believe it or not, you will more than likely run into issues if you didn't, especially on a 2.9.
