I think all males should be mandatory treated with "salt peter" until age 25.
Think how much money that would save those of us who DO work for a living, if we didnt have to foot the bill for kids having kids they arent prepared to care for.

"Oh but we have the right to screw around and have sex and have kids if we want!"

Yes... but... not at the cost of MY right to MY money in the form of handouts to the lazy, and unfit for parenthood.
