I just ordered an 09, F250, V-10 Harley with the Pearl Blue paint on Friday. I cant wait to get it in,am already looking at accessories and a lift. The dealer is telling me I wont see it until late March early April, does that sound right? Also they gave me $4000 of sticker and told me whatever incentives are going on when I take posession I will get? Have you ever heard of this? I trust my dealer, I bought several vehicles from them in the past. Kust looking to see what you guys think?
Incentives are based on what's available when you sign the paperwork. Keep an eye out on what the incentives are. I'm guessing the delay is due to the plants planned shut downs this time of year.
Keep in touch with your dealer, he will get your VIN a few weeks before you get your truck. If some really good incentives are about to expire, he can do the paperwork as soon as he has your VIN number which might save you some extra $$$.
There's a pic of an 09 Pearl Blue Harley in the 2009 Super Duty catalog that I picked up from my dealer. You are getting one fine looking truck. Good choice on the V10 too. I like mine pretty well.
Good for you, PGH-05. I only wish that some day I could actually afford to get a new one. I spent 7 years in your hood before the wife got home sick and we had to move bad. Go Stillers!!
Ask about the employee pricing, I got almost 8,000$ off of the sticker price I thought I saw it advertised on t.v. Also if you use your truck for business you can get $500 to $1200 rebate torwards tool boxes, sometimes they give me $500 and sometimes they give me $1200, I have used it three or four times for my company trucks,it is on top of other rebates. They won't tell you about it, so you have to ask. They might want to see proof of purchase of the tool boxes or camper top, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I have been getting the rebate for about ten years. Hope this helps.
